Reading '75 Apple Parer

Reading '75

The Reading '75 turntable gear is oriented perpendicular to the table. This design allows parings to fall free of the gears. The push-off is designed to nudge the apple on the fork for easy removal. The parer is also equipped with a second blade, known to collectors as a blossom cutter, that shaves the peel opposite the fork.
