Wayne & Noni's Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream

1/2 gallon whole milk
8 oz. pasteurized egg substitutes
2 and 1/3 cups sugar
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla

Mix thoroughly and turn in a standard hand-crank or electric ice cream freezer. Makes just under 1 gallon. The ice cream pictured below was taken out of the ice cream freezer and placed in the refrigerator (freezer) overnight.

Chocolate Ice Cream

1 and 3/4 quart of whole milk
8 oz. pasteurized egg substitutes
2 and 1/3 cups sugar
3/4 cup of unsweetened chocolate (Dad likes a dutch processed chocolate such as Drostes).
1 and 1/2 pints of heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla

Mix thoroughly and turn in standard hand-crank or electric ice cream freezer. Makes just under 1 gallon.
